Beginning May 21st, 2024 our U.S warehouse and fulfillment facility will be undergoing essential upgrades to enhance our operations and improve your overall shopping experience.


While these upgrades are underway, our facilities will need to follow our peak shipping schedules. U.S orders received beginning May 21, 2024 will require extended fulfillment time, regardless of the shipping method selected, until normal operation resumes.


Processing orders: Orders placed on or after May 21st will not be shipped according to our normal schedule. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to customer service. Please note that Customer Service is not able to expedite or initiate shipments during this timeframe. During this time, the processing of returns will also be delayed.

Where do we ship?


The Call of Duty League Store offers international shipping with few exceptions. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery costs and options:

How much does shipping cost?

To find out the shipping cost for your order, please proceed through checkout, as the cost varies by the size and weight of your order.


Your delivery will be sent from the country /store you purchased your order from:

  • UK Store: If you have ordered from the UK Store, orders will be shipped from the UK (the products will be shown in £GBP)
  • US Store: Orders from the US Store will be shipped from the US (the products will be shown in $USD)



Please note: For international orders, please check your country's customs & import taxes.


How long does delivery take?

The tables below show you the typical number of business days your item will take to be delivered to you based on where your order was sent from. Normal fulfillment times do not apply until normal operation resumes. See above for more information.


Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with an order tracking link. This link will provide updated shipping information once your order has been processed and is en route.


Processing Times:

Processing can take up to four (4) days; please allow additional time during busy periods.

Available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process.


As soon as your order has been processed, you'll receive a shipment notification email which will include a shipment tracking link and estimated delivery time.

What is the shipping and handling fee (U.S Orders Only)?


Your shipping & handling cost will be calculated based on the store you purchased your order from (you can change the store location/ country options in the top right side of the Store pages).


Shipping & handling costs are calculated per order (based on things like weight, size, and the shipping option selected) once you have entered items into your basket and have proceeded through the check-out.


 A $1.99 handling fee is included that covers warehouse storage, packaging material and supplies, labor costs to receive and pack, and other costs associated with fulfilling your order. Depending on the state associated with your order, a sales tax may be assessed on the shipping and handling fee.


Can I send to a PO Box (U.S Only)?

 

Yes, within the US only. PO box and other non-standard delivery addresses are not eligible for Premium and Express shipping. If selected, the delivery method will automatically be updated to a compatible service, which may result in delayed transit time.


Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Orders shipped outside of your country are subject to customs, duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. See Customs and Taxes for International orders for more information.


Important:

  • We recommend checking with your local government website for detailed information as these charges can vary significantly.
  • If applicable, you’ll be notified of the amount due. Once paid, your order can be released by customs. Failure to pay will result in the package being returned to the sender.


Can I Send an Item as a Gift?

Yes, you can send your order as a gift. During the checkout process, select the option to ship to a different address.
